At KBT Crafts, every item is carefully handcrafted with attention to detail. We want you to love your purchase, and if something isn't right, we're here to help.
Returns
We offer a 7-day return policy, meaning you have 7 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused, unworn, and in its original condition;
- Include all original packaging and tags (if applicable);
- Be free from damage caused after delivery;
- Be accompanied by your order confirmation or proof of purchase.
How to Request a Return

- The reason for the return
Photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect)
If your return request is approved, we will provide you with return instructions. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Unless the return is due to our error (such as receiving the wrong or defective item), customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If your item is:
- Damaged during shipping,
- Defective,
- Missing parts, or
- Different from what you ordered,
please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at kbtcraft.ca@gmail.com with photographs of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and work with you to provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, exchange, or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Because many of our products are handmade, we cannot accept returns on:
Custom-made or personalized items;
- Made-to-order products;
- Gift cards;
- Clearance or sale items;
- Items that have been used, worn, washed, or altered after delivery.
If you are unsure whether your purchase qualifies for a return, please contact us before placing your order.
Handmade Product Variations
Each KBT Crafts creation is individually handmade.
Minor variations in:
- Colour
- Fabric texture
- Stitching
- Pattern placement
- Shape or size
are natural characteristics of handcrafted products and are not considered defects or valid reasons for a return or refund.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please request a return (if eligible). Once your return has been approved and processed, you may place a new order through our website.
International Customers (United States & European Union)
United States Customers
Orders shipped to the United States are subject to this Refund & Return Policy.
Eligible returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or we sent the wrong product. Any original shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, or import fees are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
European Union Customers
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union (EU), you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a reason, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
Returned items must:
Be unused and in their original condition;
Include all original packaging and any accessories;
Be accompanied by proof of purchase.
Please note that personalized, custom-made, or made-to-order items may not be eligible for cancellation or return where permitted by applicable law.
Unless the return is due to our error or a defective product, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Any customs duties, import taxes, or similar charges paid at delivery are generally non-refundable by KBT Crafts.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.
